PROCESS
Add WATER and SOLID VERMICOMPOST into a mixing tank and start to mix at high speed. Continue to stirr approximately an hour. Thus, the bacteria in the solid vermicompost are allowed to pass into the water. Then, the mixture in the mixing tank is quickly filtered into another mixing tank. Then, this filtered liquid is started to mix at low speed and added EMULSO AS while mixing slowly and partially. Continue to mix. If the mixture in the tank reaches high consistency and becomes homogeneous, the mixing process is stopped and the process is completed.
IMPORTANT NOTE :
1.5% Emulso As of the filtered liquid is used.
If EMULSO AS is not used, the liquid vermicompost produced will cause deterioration and formation of bad bacteria within 24 hours.
If EMULSO AS is used, the shelf life of the produced liquid vermicompost will be one year and it will provide more suitable packaging.
